Eat.Shop.Love (ESL) is an online fashion destination for urban women in India that offers curated apparel & accessories for women from 24 to 35 years old. The online brand had gained quick traction but after initial investment, ESL had to establish a clear brand strategy and positioning that will pave the way for product strategy and all marketing activities. The founders strongly believed in keeping the brand and design management at the same level of operations and marketing.
One of our longest and largest scope of consulting, we covered brand strategy, positioning, brand and design management to product strategy, planning, marketing, marketing activities and PR. This was also closely aligned the business core of fashion and accessories which involved in vendor management, creative agency liaison and calendar plan for product and marketing.
The outcome was completed with the above scope of work for duration of 8 months and raised a further investment of $ 4.5 million to help ESL grow further.
