The project involves in phase 1, building a strong positioning and brand Excubator as a prominent incubator in Bangalore and Indian startup ecosystem. Based on its current initiatives and programs, the need was to build a long-term strategy of its brand presence is timely to attract more quality talent, resources, investment and companies under the incubator. The project was a strategy building exercise for Excubator. The scope involved strategic consulting with leadership team, brand research and audit, a brand workshop with the leadership team.
Based on the strategy and positioning of the brand, the scope of work for phase 2 will be defined to create the brand and its outreach channels in a seamless manner.
